热点1：Value chain +Restructuring supply chain E-procurement & E-marketing+ boundary lessorganisation (outsourcing).

♣   Value chain 是历次考试的热门考点。一般考法是让考生根据案例中的企业，讲讲这个企业的业务在value chain的primary activities 中是怎么体现的，其实就是根据value chain 中的primary activities 对题目中企业的业务流程进行分类。

♣   企业和上游的supplier， 下游的distributor和customer形成一个supply chain。现代企业要用E-procurement来restructuring up-stream supply chain, 要用E-business/marketing，具有大数据Big data 分析能力CRM system来restructuring down-stream supply chain. 所以这里尤其要注意Big data 对reconstruct supply chain或者企业的process 的作用。

♣   对于有些流程，我们要用harmony’s processstrategy matrix 来判断是不是change business process, h还是需要outsourcing 出去，也就P3常考的boundary less organisation的概念，当然outsource有好处也有弊端，这时考官就会问你outsource 的advantage和disadvantage了，但是考官不见得会问的这么直接，他会问你otherfactors should be considered,你就要从outsource的优缺点，对POPIT的影响等方面去考虑。

热点2: Strategic drift +Stakeholder analysis + strategy lenses + culture/leadership style 

♣   当企业的环境变化，导致现有的strategy 不能适用于新的环境变化时就涉及 strategic drift 的问题。对于strategy和strategy 的调整，不同的人有不同的views，根据strategy lenses model，常见的有三类strategy asdesign, strategy as experience, strategy as idea. 题目有可能要求根据案例来判断，案例中的几种情况，分别属于strategy lenses中的哪种。

♣   Strategy的变化，会要求相匹配的culture, leadership style, control system，organisationalconfiguration， 是否需要job redesign，题目也会考对企业的impact是什么。
